AutoTRUST is a Horizon Europe project that aims to develop AI-powered, user-centred mobility solutions that enhance accessibility, inclusiveness, safety, security, health, and passenger well-being. Through collaboration between research organisations, technology providers, transport operators, and end users, the project designs and validates self-adaptive services that respond to individual user needs and travel situations. By combining advanced technologies with real-world demonstrations and user engagement, AutoTRUST seeks to strengthen trust in future mobility systems and support the development of more personalised, resilient, and inclusive transport services across Europe.
NPT, member of the CPT Group, contributes its expertise in public transport operations, accessibility, and passenger-centred innovation to the AutoTRUST project. Through the Cyprus pilot in Nicosia, we participate in the development, testing, and real-world validation of solutions designed to improve the travel experience for passengers with reduced mobility, people with visual impairments, users of the Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) service, and passengers using the Pame Express Park & Ride service.
We provide a real operational environment and direct access to end users, enabling the evaluation of technologies and services that enhance safety, security, well-being, health, and inclusiveness during the journey. Through these activities, NPT contributes to the development of more accessible, resilient, and user-centred mobility solutions.
