
The Role
As part of the Operations team, the planning assistant will participate in managing and optimizing the human and material resources allocated, to reach the area’s operational and financial objectives. Furthermore, one of the main objectives will be to give support to the Planning Manager to properly allocate drivers and buses to the different services defined, while always respecting and following the established parameters and the safety policies defined by the Company.

Qualifications and Experience
· No previous experience is required however, hands-on experience in a similar role or work field will be considered an asset.
· Proficiency or bilingual level in both Greek and English. Some knowledge of Spanish will be considered an asset.
· Minimum level of education: bachelor’s degree.
· Results-oriented, analytical, and methodical skills are essential.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Enjoy working as part of a team and prefers collaborative work.
· Experience using Microsoft 365 Package; Excel, Word, Outlook, etc., and being IT-knowledgeable.
· Being able to work under strict deadlines and having stress-resistance skills.
