 The Role


To develop and ensure of the correct performance of the company’s Safety Plan and carry out risk assessments, investigations, reports.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

·         Development of Risk assessment procedures and their implementation

·         Implementation of a Health and Safety Management System

·         Develop and Carry out Safety trainings

·         Elaboration of major accident reports and investigation of such accidents

·         Carry out regular inspections around the workplace

·         Identifying black spots within the routes

·         Elaboration of Safety report

·         Monitor safety KPIs

·         Annual development and follow up of a Safety Plan

·         Regular meetings with the Health and Safety committee


Qualifications and Experience

·         Higher Education degree; preferably in law or a health and safety related field

·         Ideally have a Health and Safety background and experience

·         Ideally have a basic knowledge of Health and Safety related legislation

·         High level of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy

·         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Greek

·         Excellent administrative skills

·         Problem solving skills

·         Ability to work as part of a team

·         Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail

·         Proficiency in MS Office
