Overview

Driven by the European Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy, the WISE project brings together leading Cypriot partners to develop innovative solutions for climate-neutral and smarter cities. The project addresses key challenges related to transport decarbonisation through the development of a solar-powered wireless charging infrastructure and digital control platform for electric public buses. Building on the foundations established through the EMS4PVBEV project, WISE combines clean energy technologies, advanced digital solutions, and smart mobility intelligence to support the transition towards zero-emission public transport and more sustainable urban environments.

What We Do

CPT Group (CPT and NPT) is a key partner in the WISE project, providing the expertise, infrastructure, and operational environment required to develop and validate innovative smart mobility solutions.

We drive the real-world validation of wireless charging technologies, planning and optimisation tools, and the project's digital twin platform. We lead the deployment of the pilot charging infrastructure and conduct the testing and demonstration of the project's solutions in an operational public transport environment, helping accelerate the transition towards zero-emission and smarter urban mobility in Cyprus.
