We would be happy to process any complaints!

All complaints are registered through a fully structured call centre. All complaints from passengers are processed daily by CPT. An internal communication system has been developed in CPT where all complaints are allocated to the relevant departments for investigation. An answer is given back within 1-2 days to each complaint where no further investigation is required. If further investigation is required then the passenger will be notified that the complaint is under investigation and the final response will be provided upon completion of the investigation.

Please note that all complaints will be investigated and answered back to the passengers only if they are registered through the call centre at the number 1416 or via contact us form on website or app.
